Having just recently moved to Plymouth from out of state, I was in need of a competent, honest mechanic for our vehicles, especially when the warning light came on in our Mercedes saying and quot;excessive brake wearand quot;. I saw the two positive AL reviews of D'Souza Automotive, and decided to give him a try with a brake job. It was a completely positive experience. Brake jobs are extremely easy to upsell, but Denzil told me that I only needed 2 rear pads, and that the rotors didn't need turning. Parts and labor were about $250, which based on my experience with German cars, is quite reasonable. The work was done in a very timely fashion, and he even installed a front license plate holder on the front grill (avoiding drilling holes in the bumper), so I complied with MA law re displaying plates on the front of the car.
I think I have found my mechanic! Thank you Denzil, and Angie's List.

We have been using their service for around ten years. He is fast, honest and reasonably priced. If something does not need to be done he will not do it or will inform you how long you can wait before getting the service performed.

I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Denzil does a great job of being honest and upfront with all of hte work that is done on our cars. I would always recommend him if someone I know is looking to have their car worked on and in the future I will not hesitate to take my cars to him.
