We love Court Street and have used them for 5 years since we moved into the area. They take great care of our cats; Dr. Ross and Dr. Stillman are very compassionate and capable vets. Often times when I call before business hours expecting to leave a voicemail, Dr. Stillman actually picks up the phone. When our cats have been ill, we have gotten calls from them well after business hours are over in the evening.
They spend the time to talk to us about our options for providing care for our cats; both have chronic conditions. They are never condescending and always happy to answer our questions.
The staff there is very friendly as well; they are knowledgable and helpful when we are bringing our cats in for checkups. 
The last time we were there for our cat who was losing a lot of weight and seemed lethargic. They did some tests and identified the issue as being kidney failure. They gave us some options for treatment and we opted to give our cat regular IV injections of saline. They showed me how to properly administer the IV and I'm happy to report that our cat is doing much better now.

Betsy McStay, Vet, was fantastic. Very interested in gathering the correct information and listening to our concerns.She asked the right questions and exceeded our expectations.

He's very reasonable as far as prices go. He explains everything. He's not in it for the money. He's kind of a homeopathic. They have very good hours. They're very accommodating, nice, friendly and professional.

In each case the staff was courteous and caring. Visits were scheduled quickly and we were seen promptly on arrival. Initial examination by a technician were thorough and informative. The Doctor was always very courteous and thoroughly explained the condition and options. Treatment was thorough and we were given complete instructions for aftercare and what to expect. Overall atmosphere was welcoming with personal attention and the staff were uniformly courteous, caring and competent.

He is the best of best. He has been a veterinarian for a lot of years. He is very good with the animals. He is not the kind of a person that is out to make money. He gives very realistic options and gives multiple options for treatments. We have been seeing him for almost two years. He has just been fantastic. As a matter of fact there are probably seven of us now, all friends and family using his services.
