This project went extremely well; Mr. Russo was the epitome of a professional from our first meeting until the project was complete. His constant communication was a breath of fresh air, he kept me apprised of the projects from start to finish; I especially liked the fact that he owned all the projects and was not afraid to offer his opinion on how to improve the overall job! Thank you Mr. Russo and I will use you again and make sure my neighbors know of your skills!

I can't say enough nice things about Mr. Joe. He does good, honest work for a very fair price. No games or gimmicks. Shows up when he says he will, works hard, and does a quality job.

It went perfect. Joe arrived on time and did everything he said he would. He is an honest guy and his work is great. I will be holding on to his card and using him again. A very pleasant experience.

SUPERIOR in every sense!  I needed to remove existing hinges and install offset hinges on four interior doors that would allow my elderly father better clearance using his walker.  In addition, I needed to replace/add handrails to a short staircase.  I contacted Joe Russo by email and he called me within a few hours.  He said he'd come by the next day to review and estimate the job: he came by EXACTLY as promised.  Joe estimated a day's work, specified his rate and stated it could be done within a week.  He came exactly as scheduled, worked throughout the whole day and charged exactly what he said.  Again, nothing but SUPERIOR!

Please note that each door required chiseling in the new hinges since the shapes differed from the old ones.  This is meticulous work which Joe did with great care and attention - every door is now perfect!  And the only small bit of painting I had to do was where one door had to be planed (it had stuck for a decade).  No painting at all around any hinges - the mark of a true expert.  And the new handrails are excellent - exactly what my elderly father needed to use the small staircase.  Drop clothes were used at all points and Joe cleaned up everywhere.

Above all, Joe is a pleasure to work with and a truly genuine professional.  This a VERY, VERY rare combination and I will use him again as soon as I possibly can!  Highly, highly recommend.

He did a good job. We're happy with him. He did honest, hard work. He is timely and reliable. He does quality work. I have no complaints about the nature of his work.

Joe, was totally professional. He was clear and precise in his communications as to what would be done and what it would cost.
He would then do the work on schedule and as promised and it was obvious he knows what he is doing. He is a perfectionist and he is fair. I will gladly do business with him again and highly recommend him.

We have several dozen odd jobs that we need completed including replacing electric fixtures, replacing kitchen and bathroom faucets, installing bathroom fixtures, patching of walls and doors, installing a cement step, replacing exterior doors and the list goes on.  Heard back from him right away and he said he could take care of everything on the list.  Sent me an estimate for the work and started right away.  Got everything done in a very short period of time and it was all done extremely well.  We couldn't be happier and I would definitely call him for anything.

Poor guy worked for 3 hours on the former and 1 hour on the latter = all in good humor. (I promised him I would never buy an Ikea piece again for assembly.) He even adjusted the doors on a cabinet put together in Tampa by an Ikea specialist. Joe is detail oriented, and a true professional. AND a good sense of humor. I will be calling him again in the near future.

It was good. I used him about a year and a half ago. The original review was for his initial visit. I'd say top marks.

Joe was really professional, and did care about how to do things right, even though sometimes it meant taking the extra time to address my concerns about existing conditions of my house. The tile work he did was beautiful. I would highly recommend Joe.

Joe is a great guy and its obvious when you meet him that he is a professional and been in the commercial business a long time and knows how to treat people. Use him for whatever handyman needs you have and don't worry. He won't leave until the job is done right. Will be using him for tile work next month for sure.

All jobs were done professionally, quickly, and to the highest standards. I am ecstatic that I've found a handyman who is prompt, courteous and works in a timely manner. Mr. Russo provides an estimate of the time and money required to complete a job, which is a joy in itself, and seldom is wrong in his estimates. Actually, he hasn't been wrong yet! He arrives when he says he will, does the job in an exemplary manner, and cleans up after himself. He's really more than a Jack of all Trades, he's a King of all Trades. I've asked him to replace my awkward, ungainly steps from the garage to the kitchen, and I know he'll do the best job ever, without keeping me hanging. I believe Mr. Russo can turn his hand to any task, from repairing gutters and downspouts, to painting, furniture assembly, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
