John was fantastic! He and his crew were friendly, polite, efficient, neat, and extremely professional, plus he is a nice guy to boot! He did an excellent job for us, and we are incredibly happy with our plumbing for a complete renovation which included entirely replumbing {new direction of plumbing} the entire house, 2 full baths, appliances, and heating system. John explained things thoroughly what he would be doing and what options were available. Wendy, the office manager communicated well also so everything, including scheduling and the actual time of the plumberâ s arrival went smoothly. We also appreciated all the texts messages, also contributing to excellent communication! They left the workplace professionally clean after their work, which is not always the case but a pleasant surprise! I cannot recommend this company, these people highly enough as they are very customer service oriented â ¦ they are terrific! .
