His estimate was one of the lowest, and he was very clear with me what would be done for that price. Even checked in with me half-way through to make sure we were on the same page. I really appreciated his frankness. This is just one guy doing jobs so don't expect a big uniformed team to come swooping in, but he got the job done, was on time, was in estimate or even took a bit of a hit, left things clean and did a good job especially with what he had to work with. I don't ask for more than that. I will be hiring him again for sure. PS: was even tolerant and nice to the animals which can be a bit of a pest, so that was a bonus.
