The rugs came out great! Got out some tough stains. Excellent staff: efficient, pleasant, diligent. Were able to schedule service within a day of my call. This is the second time they have provided service, and both times it exceeded my expectations. Tammy (owner) manages the office operations, and is delightful to chat with.
