They were pretty prompt and made sure that everything was nice and dried up. They brought in a lot of equipment and fans so the air could get in there. The price was catered for by the insurance claim. They did a really good job. They were here like 7:00 or 8:00 o'clock at night and were here up to 11:00 to mid night and were back early the next morning. They were very punctial and responsive.
Description of Work: They did the initial remediation to dry out the area that had flooded due to a broken pipe.

THE REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB, THEY WERE NEAT, CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR BELONGINGS. RICHARD, OUR REP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. OVERALL, A FANTASTIC JOB.
Description of Work: SERVICEMASTER CAME IN TO HELP CLEAN OUR HOME AFTER SEVERAL PIPES BURST AND FLOODED THE FIRST FLOOR AND BASEMENT. THEY REMOVED CARPET, PADS, INSULATION AND DRYWALL. THEY LEFT FANS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS IN THE HOUSE TO GET RID OF EXCESS MOISTURE. THEY SPRAYED FOR MOLD SPORES.
