I needed to replace fiberglass insulation under floor (in 12 ft x 16 ft crawl space) - the room was drafty and air was entering and quot;aboveand quot; the insulation. I called and received quote for spraying closed cell foam (R30, 4.5 inches) in the crawl space. Approximately 4 ft of headroom to work in.
We set up appointment for 2 days later. They came on time, removed existing insulation, sealed off work area, worked diligently spaying foam, cleaned up after. Room is now draft free. Excellent job.

Scott McNulty and his lead foreman, Enrique, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about all types of insulation, and he was able to recommend a great solution for us at a very competitive price. I was on the fence about using foam because it is considerably more expensive than fiberglass, but I have absolutely no regrets -- the new attic-level living space is so well insulated that the heat almost never came on up there in the winter. I'm sure we'll get a return on the extra investment in no time at all. Scott was also very accommodating, and was incredibly gracious about working around some delays we experienced because of the building inspector's delays -- he was actually on-site and ready to go, but the inspector didn't show up, so he couldn't proceed. He me no grief at all, and happily rescheduled the installation for the following week. His lead sprayer, Enrique, was also a pleasure. He did excellent, professional work and was meticulous about ensuring that every last nook and cranny was insulated. He also did a phenomenal clean-up job. I told him not to worry about cleaning up some minimal overspray in the mechanical space near the air handler, and he said, "I know nobody will see it, but I'll always know its there." In short, I would wholeheartedly recommend ProSpray Insulation for any insulation needs you may have. Scott also helped me get a $2,000 rebate directly from National Grid, which paid for a good chunk of the work. And if you're debating between spray foam and fiberglass, just do the foam - you'll be more comfortable in the near term, and your checking account will be happier in the long term!
