+ 0 moreThey have those programs where you can get almost like a warranty so if anything happens. When I went for one of my oil changes, and this is why I love this place, they noticed there was a gash on one of my front tires, and they replaced it because it was part of my warranty thing. I didn't even get the losing air message. They are great. Where ever the bolts were broken on the other problem was very hard to find so I don't hold that against them. NTB refunded the money that I had paid them because she said we obviously couldn't find the problem. The manager said to send her the invoice from the dealer, but I told her I didn't expect her to cover this entire invoice from the dealer.

+ -1 moreHad a couple slow leaks that were repaired on my snow tires The shop ended up replacing a couple valve stems and plugging a hole. Quality was a little low as they scratched a wheel
