His team does a good job. In the winter they always have the path and car shoveled out before we have to leave for work. We really appreciate that. When there are occasional issues, which have been minor, they are always addressed promptly. 
Louis invoices monthly and the price varies month to month but probably averages 200 plus per month.

At the spring cleanup, we asked about pruning back a large number of plantings around the house and in the yard that had exploded with all the rain and more sun since the removal of about 6 trees the year before. Luis Moniz walked the yard with us and we were very impressed with his knowledge and specific advice about the variety of plants needing attention. We were very impressed with the spring cleanup - the landscape has never looked better. When they returned in October a crew of about 6 men showed up in the morning, worked hard, and left about 10 hours later (just to give an idea about the scale of the job). They were very responsive to questions during the day, they would ask us before dealing with some of the bigger plants just what we would like, and they wound up doing some work we had not originally planned on - still staying within the estimated cost. Luis himself showed up the last few hours and stepped in to do some of the work - finishing off with a mow and edging that we did not expect him to do as part of the job.
I still like to mow the lawn myself, but when I get tired of that (or am travelling) he is happy to fill in with that job as well. Couldn't be happier with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

They have been very good about maintaining our lawn and trimming our bushes for many years. I definitely recommend them. My only complaint is the difficulty I have had contacting them about any questions or problems. That may be resolved now that I have a cell phone number.

I've used him as a referral from a neighbor when we moved in here and I've used him for sixteen years now. The price depends on what he does as the charge varies for snow plowing, weekly lawn maintenance, fall and spring clean up. If there are any branches or leaves he removes it. After he mows the lawn he uses a blower to get any debris off the walkway and deck. I think he's excellent and reliable. He does great work for a reasonable price. He's able to do pruning as well. He's actually putting a lawn in for us next spring. He plants flowers, plants and replaces shrubbery if you want. I don't think he's cheap nor is he over expensive. He's always on time and comes to my house every Wednesday.

He offers a rather meticulous service. The crew is professional and courteous. They also respond wonderfully to specific requests. I would highly recommend him. Price is monthly.
