I called Jib about a year ago. I had inherited a house with another family member and was looking into various options on improvements to the house. I had to settle the estate at the same time I was figuring out what to do with it.
So the improvements were slow and delayed many, many times. I got 2 prices. Jib came out and offered a price. Another company came out and offered another price.
Last winter the other company contacted me and put the price up by 1,750 dollars.
The price increase was for a better model because they learned from the tough winter we had last year that the better model was a "must."
JIB's price stayed the same. Jib agreed that I needed the newer model but he didn't increase the price. He came out one day with an electrician put in the ductless system and all is well.
Very pleasant, easy going and no games.
I would definitely use Jib again because of his integrity and I would highly recommend to others.

JIB was responsive and professional. He returned my call promptly to set up the appointment, arrived on time for the time we agreed upon, was thorough in his explanation of the work he would be doing if given the job, and turned his estimate (which was competitive) around in 24 hours. I have yet to make a decision on who I'll be using for my job because I've had the good fortune of receiving quotes from a couple other reputable contractors who I liked as well, but I have no doubt that if I used JIB Air I would be happy. He was referred to me by a couple friends who used him to install central air and they've been satisfied.
