A.R.S. Home Improvement

We couldn't get over how willing Rob was to meet at our house on several occasions to discuss the projest in detail, even before we signed a contract with them.  He really listened to what we wanted and gave us excellent advice, helping us to move out of our comfort zone so that we ended up with a brand new look in the kitchen,  The contract was extremely clear and showed that they worked hard to accommodate our budget. 
Rob made things a little easier by providing us with his "temporary sink" - since we were going to be without one for a couple of weeks.  After we changed our minds about the flooring material which had already been delivered to the house, we were very concerned that this would be a problem.  Rob assured us that our satisfaction was the most important thing to him and he returned it the next day and brought in new hardwood which we absolutely love. 
When we told him how overwhelmed we were with the idea of choosing the granite , Rob and Sherry met us at the distributor's warehouse on the weekend and helped us select our countertops - making a difficult decision so much easier! 
Any time there was a question or concern, Rob would respond immediately and reassure us that everything would be perfect - and it was.  We can't thank A.R.S. enough for such a positive experience!  We highly recommend them to anyone planning to do a home improvement project.
