The representatives are okay. Some of them are better than others. You have to be your own advocate. I was having some problems with something and I said I really need to speak to someone that can help and she did connect me to a wonderful tech but I felt like I was interrogating somebody who broken the law trying to get a response to the right place but it finally worked out. They should have live people because I’m tired of listening to those horrendous prompts. I hate those prompts.
