Very good. Tim had all the equipment on his truck to complete it as promised. The white carpet was a challenge thanks to the pets.

I found Tim to be very accomodating and was willing to work within the confines of my crazy schedule. He gave an estimate and that was his final price.They arrived on time, were professional and showed respect for my home while efficently doing their job. I was surprised by how hard they worked to eliminate small splatters of paint left on the rugs by the painter.

Tim did a great job at a very reasonable price. He was courteous, punctual, and professional. There were some stains on one of our carpets made from black inkjet printer ink; I thought they would never come out. Tim cleaned the carpet so well that the ink stains were 95% gone; you could still see faint traces of them but you'd have to look hard and know what you're looking for. Other stains from soil, coffee, etc., came out completely. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Tim came by several days before my scheduled service and gave me a full estimate after examining my carpets in detail.
On the day of service, he came by promptly and did an excellent job. He, in particular, got out several old, deep stains
for no extra charge and spent a good 2 hours doing a full expert job. The carpets dried over night and he brought the color
back to the carpeting. I couldn't be happier and the carpets which had not been cleaned in many years are like new again.
Tim provides an excellent service for a very reasonable price and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in Berkshire
County, Massachusetts.
