Absolutely disastrous!! Stored my 92 year old mother's lifetime accumulation of fine furniture, including some antiques. Two years later, after paying storage fees every month, assuming those belongings would be "safe and secure", as Mullen professes, we found EVERYTHING destroyed by water damage and mold and mindew! Mullen said they were faultless ecause we signed a contract absolving them from liability. But not ro negligence. These units are crap and leak like crazy. Would have sued if we could of afforded a lawyer. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND TOTALLY WITHOUT ANY INTEGRITY.

I felt that in the end we were essentially cheated by them. They gave us a quote for the move and I had to respond to it either by accepting it or rejecting it. I put a letter in the mail two days before the offer was to expire on a Thursday. I had a call on Saturday saying that he was no longer willing to accept the initial offer and that they would to charge an additional $2000 because it was a tricky situation. They were going to be picking up the stuff at my old house on a Wednesday and I was asking them to hold it for one day and then deliver on Friday. Although I had already signed the agreement, they ended up charging me $1800 more to hold my things for the extra day. I think that what happened was that they wanted to schedule another move for the day I asked them to hold the things and they needed the truck. I was very disappointed with them and would never recommend them.
