Roofing
I?ve had other contractors come in and try to patch it up, but they said the original job was so bad and incompetent I need a new roof entirely. The sheeting under the shingles is curling up which is making everything worse. It?s been hard to get him to come back out to my house to make any corrections. This was awful. One good thing I did was to hold back $1,500.00 from him because I wanted to make sure there would be no leaks. The first rain I had several leaks. After the first two years, he just stopped answering my phone calls. I haven't heard from him since.
