Everything went very well. I did have to wait a short time for the parts to arrive, but that was not under their control. The service is great!

I used Mavis for the first time because they were the only tire place open on Sunday. They were great. Now I will go any day of the week.

Fabulous! I went to Mavis for a 2nd opinion and price after getting a quote from the dealership (Balise) that I purchased my car from--including tire and wheel coverage--and had all of my previous servicing done at. I walked in to Mavis on a Saturday afternoon with the expectation of making an appointment and maybe having someone take a quick look to confirm that my TPMS units needing replacing. They were able to look at my car right away. Rather than simply confirming the entire units needed replacing they first tried a cheaper fix (just the TPMS kits) at no cost. Once they confirmed it all needed replacing, though, they quoted me at exactly half the price of the dealership and did all the work right then. During the service they updated me on how much time I had left several times even though it was only an hour to do. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

I went in for a routine oil change and Manny brought me to my car and showed me my fluids and told me how bad they were. He showed me what the fluid should've looked like and that he had never seen it the color it was. He quoted me the price for the flush and the oil change. I couldn't afford it, so he worked with me! He professionalism and training showed through and he came through when I really needed it. I will forever be grateful. I showed up there a separate time because I woke up to a flat tire on a Sunday morning and they were open! I brought my tire there and asked if there was anything they could do. He asked me if I could leave the tire and come back because he was backed up a little. I told him I couldn't because my wife needed to go to work in less than an hour. He said to bring it in and he'd look at it right then and there! Even though he was backed up! And then he patched my tire and filled it with air, and didn't even charge me the normal $20 charge. I will do all my business with them if I can.
