 + 0 moreJRS did such an amazing job on our shower remodel. Our 100+ house is not at all square, but they were able to completely renovate and retile our shower perfectly. Exactly what we wanted, and they were amazing to work with. Showed up on time or early every day, very courteous and considerate of our home and of us both working from home - a great experience all around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

 + -1 moreIn Summary, I really can't say enough about how great our experience was with JRS. From the day of the initial estimate until the project was completed, they were open and honest and very personable. The work itself was fantastic, and I couldn't have imagined it looking any better than it did once they had finished. The estimate was very fair, and they actually came in under at the end of the project. From a timing standpoint, they were always prompt and finished within the initial time estimate, and this was even after adding two additional projects to the scope after they got started. As long as we live in the area, JRS will be the primary contractor we'll use for all our work needed. The friendliness, honesty, and hard-work they demonstrate is amazing.
Description of Work: We had moved into our house 7 months ago, and brought in JRS to finish our basement this spring with the intent to turn it into a gym. Our basement is roughly 15 X 17 1/2 feet. They performed the following tasks as part of this process: 1. Placed all the sheet rock on all the walls while creating latches for any piping or devices we needed future access too, to create a smooth look but not loose any accesibility 2. Installed a drop-down ceiling with LED lights 3. Installed the gym flooring throughout the room 4. Built a closet-like design to hide the water heater and furnace, while keeping it very accessible for anyone to get to the machinery inside 5. Worked with the electrician to help design the electrical placement in the basement and upgrade from 100W to 200W for the house.

 + -1 moreHe is PHENOMENAL. The basement is now much warmer. Some people would have thrown the door away but he managed to save it for me. I can't say enough good things about this man.
Description of Work: James installed my new back doors. Both interior and storm doors. He also painted the woodwork around the doors because he had to replace it. He took my old interior door and cut it down so that he could install it in my basement between my garage. He then replaced my kitchen counters and backsplash.
