Overall the jobs was done OK. Mr. Johnson is very responsive and for most part responsible. It took several weeks to get the circuit board done but the weather was to blame for some of it. This job was done around this past Christmas. The only issue I have that I noticed after everything was done and paid for that he ripped off the old electric cable very carelessly ripping off junks of wood with it outside the house. He put new cable over all the damaged area without repairing the damaged wood first. If this wood is not patched it will rot the wood underneath and major repair will be needed later, including taking the cable back out. I told him about this few days after the job was completed. His response was "have someone do it in summer when the weather is dry". I don't have "someone". So far my attemps to find that someone has been challenging. I called him back few weeks ago and told him I feel it is his responsibility to repair it and I should not pay extra to hire someone else to do the job. His response was he is an electrician, hire a painter. This repair should have been done before the new cable was put in place. It is much harder to do it now trying to go under the cable. I fixed all the damage myself in the lower part of the house but I cannot climb high ladders.
