Paul helped me through all aspects of this purchase. It was a foreclosure and he was my buyer's agent. I applied for a 203k loan with Wells Fargo (don't ever use them!). He helped me find a licensed contractor (Wells accepted the third one) and get all of the bids. When the contractor acceptable to Wells wanted too much money he went back to the Seller (also Wells Fargo!) and negotiated a further reduction in price. I got a super deal on this house! Finally, since Wells was taking so long Paul helped me apply to a local bank and I got a great mortgage for less money, lower interest rate and less strict conditions. I got it with a low down payment, lived there for a year and now I receive $3200 per month in rental payments which is paying the cost of my new single family home. I am very grateful to Paul for all of his help.
