Dave and his crew were terrific. I lived in the house while the work was being done and they were courteous and conscientious about managing the inevitable noise and dust. It was a pleasure to have them around.



The project involved a historic house and a cramped, urban lot. The job included new foundation, plumbing, electricity, cabinets, flooring and custom woodworking. Their planning and execution were thoughtful and meticulous. All subcontractors were excellent.





The quality of the work was outstanding and I was informed well in advance of any variations to planned budget or timing. Overall the project was on time and on budget.

He prepared an estimate that was responsive to what we wanted and did not try to impose unneeded and expensive alternatives. The ultimate cost of the job was within a few hundred dollars of the original quote.
He works largely with extended family members who are very skilled and as thorough as he is. His coordination of the job and the workmanship was excellent throughout.
We chose to have the bulk of the work done during a period when we were away. When we returned home the work was done, cleaned up, and met our expectations 100%.

I could not be happier. Their bid was priced in the middle of three. David DeGiorgis patiently answered all my questions. Whenever there was a question, I was involved. Also they were very accommodating with changes that my wife and I came up with. Minor, unexpected issues were address and taken care of, without great overcharging, if any.
There was no large front loading of payments, so I was very comfortable. The finished deck is first class. I cannot wait to use it next spring and for years to come.
