home inspection
+ -1 more"All talk and no action" He went on and on about his qualifications for the job stating that he was a general contractor for over 20 years and would deliver a lengthy report. This licensed home inspector brought with him a screwdriver and a flashlight. He did not even bring a ladder so he never went onto the roof. He refused to follow my husband into the attic stating it was only partially accessible. We had to pay for and deliver the water test ourselves. My husband had to point out several issues to the inspector. He did not check insulation in the home. We were very disappointed with this incomplete inspection.
Description of Work: checked the water in all bathrooms checked the electrical checked the windows collected the water for the bacteria test gave a lengthy ( 50 page report)
