Professional and knew the systems. BUT--charged me over an hour's time to sit in truck and write up prices for doing the future work. Most of the prices were outrageous. Example: Climate's charge to replace two parts: $582.00. I bought the parts on the internet for a total of $85 and it took me about 15 minutes to replace them. (I confirmed that we were talking about the same parts.)
