This fixed clothes dryer problem without being charged; we were charged only for replacement of oven light assembly.

Repairman appeared precisely at the scheduled time, calling shortly before his arrival to announce that he would arrive shortly. Repairman was friendly, courteous, and promptly made the necessary repair.

Arrived at the house 30 minutes after I made the call, was friendly and tolerant of our many pets wanting to investigate him and his work, worked efficiently and quickly. Less than an hour after I made the original call I had a working oven again.
