Well I run a pet grooming service out of my home-- so as you might imagine--fewer things could be more stressful than finding that I have NO running water anywhere in my home or shop! I really didn't know what to do or who to call after figuring out that I hadn't tripped the breaker to the water pump. I decided to shop by location, and thankfully, found Petersham Pump!
Travis, the owner/operator, showed up promptly. He arrived in a well-equipped truck completely prepared to deal with whatever the problem might be!!!!
He gave me a ball park estimate covering the best and worst case scenarios. I ended up needing a new pump and he suggested that since I was doing that to also replace the wiring, which like the pump, was also over twenty years old!
Travis had the pump I needed IN STOCK, which was fantastic, no waiting for days or weeks for any of the parts or things needed. He was able to get to my rather inconveniently placed well. He made me feel somewhat better too, by reminding me it could have been a LOT worse, had the thing decided to break once we had four feet of snow out there!!!
He came in hundreds of dollars under the lower end of his estimate. He is hardworking, efficient, skilled and honest.
