Brad goes over everything with a fine tooth comb. He sees things we don't or can't see. Did I say he is thorough? The time spent with Brad goes very smoothly and methodically. He lets you follow him around as he does his inspection and you can ask him all kinds of questions. He's very patient and explains everything in an easy to understand fashion. Call Mr. Becker if you need a home inspected. He's top notch.

I purchased a home out of foreclosure that had been vacant for 5 or more years. Mr Becker came in and went through the home from top to bottom checking all operating systems, structure, looked for mold, set up radon detectors and made suggestions as to possible solutions. Professional, easy to communicate with, thorough, prompt, gave me a sense of confidence in purchasing the home. He also made some suggestions as to replacing the water heater with a Hybrid system.

Overall, Brad's work EXCEEDED my expectations. He is licensed, bonded and insured and does work in the states of Mass, Vermont and New Hampshire. It took Brad four hours to do the inspection on my new home - that's how careful and thorough he is.

Brad was patient when our realtor arrived late to let us in and then performed a thorough home inspection, taking time to answer all our questions and explaining what to look for in the future. Brad arrived on time and completely prepared. He thoroughly inspected the house from top to bottom and made detailed notes about different areas. After he completed the inspection, he brought me around to all the areas that needed work/maintenance and thoroughly explained what he would recommend, in terms that I could understand. He finished up the paperwork while sitting in the driveway so I was able to take all the information with me that afternoon. He wrote very detailed notes on the paperwork and told me not to hesitate to call him if I had questions about anything.
