He was absolutely punctual, careful to discover any site issues that might affect the deployment of his equipment and careful to make sure our dog and property were secured from damage. His price seemed modest and he was quick and thorough. A great experience.
Description of Work: Joe came to the house to look at the 3' round maple tree stump in our back yard and gave an estimate of $65 to grind it out. He checked the width of our gate to be sure his truck would fit in, checked the location of our septic system, and said he would be back in four days. He came back exactly four days later, checked in with the house to make sure the dog was secure, and finished in less than an hour. My husband mistakenly gave him a check for $165, which he declined...and got a check for $65 instead. What a pleasure it was dealing with him. His company also clears land and does logging and brush removal. He is very familiar with our area of Massachusetts and it was a great experience working with him.
