The plan was for the construction to go on for two months. It ended up taking 3 months, of which I had no complaints at all since it was not really Peter's fault. Our old house has some issues, e.g. deck and alarm system not up to current standard and Peter had to fix it.
Overall we are happy with Peter's work. He is careful with structural work. He responds to our questions/requests quickly. He does what he writes on the contract. He fixes the gutter issue of roof deck which the architect did not label on the design and he did not think through initially.
But I have several complaints as well. Our basement is mostly above ground. The basement wall was thick in the lower half and thinner in the upper half. So there is a horizontal surface in between. That surface is not level. It was clear from the tile work in basement bathroom.

All work has gone fine and we are always pleased with Peter's work. All of his work has been high quality and I would entrust him to do virtually any kind of home construction project. He is punctual and completes work expeditiously. Both the deck and the barn were engineered designs and the work was completed strictly to specifications. Prices have been fair.
