I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota and recently purchased a 2000 Honda Accord from Pepperell Auto Center after doing a national search on AutoTrader.com. Of all the vehicles I searched for across the country, Pepperell Auto Center had the lowest price with the lowest mileage. To give you a sense for how much research I do when making major purchases, my wife calls me Mr. Information.
Since I am in Minneapolis, I hired an auto mechanic in the Pepperell, MA area to provide an independent inspection to verify the 56,400 miles on the odometer and to determine the condition of the car. Pepperell Auto Center was happy to accommodate my request to take the vehicle to the mechanic?s shop, where my mechanic verified the odometer was correct and found a couple issues that needed repair, one with the emissions system and one with rear stabilizer links/bushings. Pepperell Auto Center was happy to make the repairs and include in the advertised price of $5,995. They went above and beyond and even went so far as to replace the front stabilizer links and bushings. After wiring them the money to purchase the vehicle, I used a frequent flyer ticket to fly to Boston, pick up the vehicle in Pepperell and drive it back to Minnesota.
Bob, Mike and Tami were honest, down to earth and operate their business with a "Do the Right Thing" mindset and I recommend them completely.
