Nicklaus Painting was recommended to me on a local Facebook group. . Our house is now complete and they did an amazing job scraping, painting, and fixing a lot of rotted wood. Stephen was a great communicator and I always knew what was happening with our job. His workers were prompt, clean, respectful of our property, and worked diligently from 7 AM to 7 PM. Once they started the job, they came every day until it was completed. I can't say enough about the crew. We are thrilled with the result and I would highly recommend them.

This guy is a crook. He came to my house and quoted me 12000 to shingle my house. Told me the supplies would be delivered next day and a crew of six would be working. I gave him 7600 dollars. Supplies never showed up. He sent one worker to my house. It took him three days to strip one small side of the house. I fired him and he has not given me the 5000 dollars he owes me. Well overall...crew was hard working & punctual....did not leave full gallon of white trim paint that was leftover, left can that only is good for knowing paint #,color I feel it should have been left with the home owner as we paid for it

Steve gave us a quote a year ago and it took us some time to build the funds. As we started the project we discovered a large amount of wood rot under the clapboards on the north side of the house in addition to nearly every corner needing replacement. Many windows also needed new trim and sills. The crews were hard-working and communicative so we knew the progress and any decisions that needed to be made. The results are fantastic. We had found the new color on another house in town. Steve went and even got a chip from the owners to match it. Great service. The house looks almost brand new and his carpenters were excellent. We will use Steve and his team again for future projects.

Stephen Themelis, the owner, gave us a very detailed estimate. Upon agreeing and paying a deposit we were put on his list. With painting being so weather dependent it was several weeks before his crews started working. However, once they did, they worked 10-12 hour days. They were very organized and skillful. The entire job took two weeks and the results are outstanding.
Everything that needed to be moved was returned to its place. This is the second time we have used Niklaus and we will be using them again.

Very responsive. The crew was friendly and very conscientious. They were very careful with the paining and the prep work to keep the finished product very crisp and as expected. Great firm to work with.

The work was done on time, on budget and the finished product was excellent.
