Countryside Painting

William Allen was helpful and responsive to my schedule requirements. The painting was top quality with a careful concern for detail, including touching up some trim errors of a previous paint job. He was pleasant and cheerful to have around, and extremely careful about neatness. And the price was reasonable. Couldn't have asked for more.

After many years of use my rental condo unit needed a good repainting. The previous owner did a lowsy job painting it so it needed a lot of prep work.
Bill went through and preped all the walls and did 3 coats of paint on the walls as well as repainting the trim. He also discovered and repaired a part of the ceiling where some damage had occured years ago. In all, the work took about 3 weeks.
The place looked so much better afterwards. We did a single color throughout (each room was different before), and all the prep work showed in the qualtiy of the results. Good attention to detail.

It looks like new. We've had Bill do other work for us before and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism, his expertise, and his trustworthiness. We just gave him a key and went on vacation and when we came back everything was beautiful and spotless. He also had to do repair work for us on water damage on ceilings that was the responsibility of the condo association, and again. Left him the key and everything was spotless and beautiful. You absolutely cannot tell that there had ever been a problem.
This is the third job we've hired Bill for. We also had him paint the entire interior of the condo a couple of years ago. He is total pleasure to work with, and I just can't recommend him highly enough.

Bill is reliable, neat, professional and communicates well. He's also trustworthy and I had no issues with having him work in my home when I wasn't able to be present. The quality of his work is fantastic.

Bill Allen of Countryside Painting has done interior painting for us before, and as usual he did a terrific job. Our old kitchen wallpaper was thick and heavy and had been stapled to the walls in many places. Bill did a great job of restoring the walls and patching the numerous holes. The new paint looks terrific--the room is transformed. Bill left the kitchen looking neat and tidy--everything was cleaned up. In order to minimize the inconvenience of having work done in our kitchen, we arranged with Bill to do the work while we were on vacation for a week, which worked out very well.

The job went extremely well. We had used Bill Allen for a previous painting job and knew that his work was good. This job was challenging because the wallpaper removal and restoring the wall was difficult, and he had to work around the bathtub and toilet in some tight spaces. Bill accommodated our request to do the work while we were on vacation for a week so the painting wouldn't interfere with our use of the bathroom, and so the paint would have time to dry and the paint smell would be gone by the time we got back. The bathroom looks beautiful--the old wallpaper was ugly and dark, and the walls are now a nice cream color with a very smooth surface. We're very happy with the job he did.
