+ -1 moreIt ended up that we were missing a lock in one of the windows. It took 2 years to finally get the lock sent to us. The tenant ended up installing it even though we had paid Peter for it. Peter stated that it was our problem, not his. Come to find out, he had installed the gutters incorrectly. He was also supposed to install side steps and a banister for us. The building inspector then looked at them and advised us that they were not put in to code and that Peter did not pull the permit to initially due the work. Peter refused to fix the steps and was unresponsive to our calls. To this day, he still hasn’t fixed the stairs.
Description of Work: He put in windows and gutters for our tenant in one of our houses. He also put in side steps and a banister in another one of our houses.
