I needed someone to receive a large crate and deliver it with a crane. Bormann did a great job receiving the shipment at their warehouse, and then delivered it and dropped it right where it needed to go. Would absolutely use again!

1. Two pieces of jewelry were stolen. One cherished memento of my deceased daughter, and my engagement ring.2. Called to re-arrange pick up time for an earlier time which was an inconvenience for us, then they were late.3. Stood on fine, high quality furniture while in the truck, to access higher stored furniture.4. Damaged front steps, then denied. I finally proved the damage was done by them (inspector report showed no damage) and was finally reimbursed for the damage repair.5. Lost the hardware (hardware they had packed) for some furniture. We found the screws for the kitchen table under the master bedand another bag was left with no message on our front porch a week later.6. Workers grumbled about working past the point when they should be off.7. Workers on cell phones with private conversations.8. Damage to two dressers- damaged company refused to pay, since I could not prove they did it. (I had no "before" pictures)9. Made general bathroom available for their use, but they also went into the master bathroom and used it. (where the jewelry was stolen)10. Broke the washing machine. Company refused to repair since we had not paid for extra insurance for the washer. We weren't even offered any such insurance before the move. We had to buy a new washer when ours was just 3 years old.

They charge per hour and they were great. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional. Everything was moved carefully without any damage to furniture or walls., etc. It was a good experience and I would put in a good word for them. They are a smaller company and really nice.
