I got about 4 estimates. I felt like I could really trust window world. Their reviews were excellent. I really felt comfortable with the salesman Ferris and loved meeting his little dog Coco, cutest dog ever! Ferris explained everything to me as did the gentleman that came out to measure my windows for the 2nd time. The windows came in at 6 weeks just as promised. I love that they are made in the USA. Mike who scheduled my appointment was polite, professional and flexible. The quality of the install team were incredible. They measured the windows for the 3rd time. I love the quality of the windows. They took me around after and showed me everything. One screen was damaged and they re-screened it on the spot. The clean up was amazing, you wouldn't even know they were there. I especially love the basement windows. So cozy now. They old ones were original, drafty, ugly, cob web and bug magnets that had eaten through the screens. Pricing was great too! My only regret is not doing more windows! I'm in the process of scheduling that now. So thankful to Window World.
