I didn't find an appliance service company on the list so I reluctantly went with to the local Yellow Pages and found Precision Appliance was located very close to my home. I left a message at 7 AM and Warren returned my call at 8 AM. He made an appointment that day between 9 AM-10 AM. He arrived at 9:20. He was very polite, respectful, and professional. He had printed out a portion of the owner's manual for my stove and went right to work to solve the problem. He was able to reset the control panel and quickly run a test in less than 30 minutes. He mentioned he had seen a similar problem with my particular stove make and model. He went online to research the best possible price to replace the control panel should I have more problems in the future. He saved the site to my favorites. I really felt that the service was quick, efficient, and more than I expected. I will definitely recommend Warren and his company Precision Appliance.
