Horrible. Very defined order - two twin and one queen mattress outside the house on the edge of a driveway; super easy pick up. Firm quote was $199-$259. Even called back to reaffirm the price. On arrival they quoted $400 and threatened to leave if the quote was not accepted; then they dropped it to $300. On site extortion is their style. Deceptive, shady business practice - avoid this outfit. I would have thrown them off the property at once, but I wasn't present when they arrived. Junk King is a national operation - not sure if these tactics are universal but the Pembroke site totally stinks, AVOID THEM
