Whatever you do, DO NOT use these people to install your floors. We were completely upsold to a terrible product that was much more expensive. The first installation was a disaster- installing new vinyl flooring right over a bulging threshold because they were too lazy to remove it, major areas missed or flooring just laying on top and not glued down. It took months for the team to come back to fix these problems because we were told the product was on back order- only to find out from the distributor that they had product the entire time. Now there are major problems with the second installation...apparently a moisture issue that no one bothered to warn us about or mitigate before we paid thousand of dollars. Now we are left with a non-functional floor, out thousands of dollars and Glen has completely ghosted us. He told us originally that the "job is not done until you are satisfied", but he bolted when we said it needs to be fixed or we need to get a partial refund. Total scam. Save yourself!

Working with Karen Tracey was a pleasure, from the first meeting to measure everything to the last walk through to make sure all was completed to my satisfaction. Every detail was explained ,cost reviewed and spot on.  No surprises just great quality work.  The installers were professional, timely and cleaned up after themselves.  I strongly recommend anyone to call Karen if you're thinking about any type of new floors.

Karen from floor coverings international came to our house with a whole slew of different carpet options, so we could look at them in our space with our lighting etc. This was great for us because we have a busy lifestyle and a toddler, so it would be difficult for us to go to a show room and be able to focus. I have bought carpet from show rooms before, I preferred the floor coverings international experience because I believe it allowed us to make a better choice. Karen the sales person was very knowledgeable and discussed the pros and cons of the different products. I had a number in my mind of how much I wanted to spend. We were pleasantly surprised when the estimate was right at that number. Once purchasing the carpet the installers that came out were polite, knowledgeable and did a great job and left the site clean. Good people to work with, I would highly recommend them.

I called Karen, the owner of Floor Coverings International, to see if she might help me out with one of our customer's wood floors that had a very large scratch in the front entry way. Karen offered to make arrangements to go out to their home to look at the floor in person. She took some supplies with her that made the scratch disappear and our customer was delighted. Karen is extremely professional, and her knowledge of the products she work with always amazes me. Karen certainly exceeded my expectations! If your looking for a professional, call her!

The entire job was done in a completely professional manner. We chose all the flooring in their showroom. They had a huge selection of tile and carpet. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some tips on how to choose the right materials.
The entire process from selection to completion was painless and done very professionally. We were kept informed when the work would start and they arrived on schedule and finished a day early. We were concerned about dirt and dust being tracked through the house when the shower was ripped out but they put down drop cloths and were very neat. We would be happy to use them again and have recommended them to friends.

Everything went according to schedule.  The installer was great.  We are very pleased with the process and results.
