CREATIVE PLAYTHINGS

It was a positive experience. We went to the showroom and we were able to look at a lot of the different set ups to see which one we liked. We could customize our own combination of things. It was a year-end clearance sale and the price included the installation. They sent two people out with the equipment and they set everything up where we wanted it and assembled the entire thing. It was relatively easy for us. The list price was very high but the price was very fair because we waited for the sale. They were very responsive.

Terrible, disappointing experience.
The crew arrived almost two hours after their arrival window.  They arrived without the installation instructions and were unfamiliar with the swing set we ordered.  The installation was very slow and the crew argued loudly throughout the process.  
It was 8 pm before having us finalize the placement - as it was dark outside at that point (April installation) it was extremely frustrating to try determine the best placement without being able to see clearly.  They continued working and arguing until 11:45 p.m. and in the morning we found:
-there was approximately 1 inch of mulch in the play zone (we were charged for 3 inches)
-raw, unfinished pieces of wood screwed into certain beams (customer service says this is because their swingset designs are not stable on grass so additional pieces are needed)
-the accessories weren't installed
-the climbing wall wasn't complete
-garbage, including sharp stakes, was all over the yard
Most upsetting, they moved an existing playhouse onto our sandbox (?!) damaging both.
Customer service (Jeff) and the distribution center (Betsy) were unapologetic and unhelpful.  Their response has been that they subcontract the installation to another company and are not responsible for the actions of that company.        
Truly wish we'd gone with another company
