We are a one stop shop for your fencing needs. We estimate, aluminuim and specialty items such as mailbox posts, arbors and Seaside Casual outdoor furniture. All of our work is done in house with our own salesman, chain link, fabricate and install high end vinyl, fabricators and installers. We service full scale jobs and repair work as well. We work with both residential and commercial accounts. We sell full jobs or just the parts if you want to DIY., lantern posts, pergolas, wood

I am the most anal person in the world, I want everything I hire someone to do to come out perfect. I want them to care about what they are doing and I want it done professionally, on time and for a reasonable price. I would say it is getting harder and harder to find anyone who really cares and is good at what they do. I would do so much more if I could count on the work to be exceptional. I worry, I am a pain in the *** - I question everything and everyone I hire about every little thing they are doing. It is indeed quite hard for me to find anyone to hire and a long shot at me being happy with their job. That being said, if you are looking for a company to put up a fence, Armstrong is the one -- the only one you want. I AM H A P P Y !!!! - actually very happy with the job they did for me. I never say that about anyone but these guys are like super heros to me. From the start - very easy to schedule an appointment, came out to measure quickly, I had the quote in a couple days - actually, I had them quote four different variations of the fence ...I didn't know what I wanted. No problem, totally understanding and happy to do it for me. Time frame to start was reasonable - and in spite of the rotten april/may weather - they started exactly when they said they would. So very impressed with that. This was a really tough tough job - lots of rocks, hard terrain. The guys worked hard. They listened, actually listened and remembered what was important to me. They took a lot of care to make this look so nice. They were incredibly neat - cleaned up and the fence looked like it was always there - not like it was just put in. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. If you are looking for a fence contractor your search is over. My sincere appreciation to Armstrong for making this so easy and turn out so nice. I am still smiling ear to ear just thinking about it and how lucky I was to have hired them.

I was really impressed with Matt, who came out to give us the estimate. He was more knowledgeable, better prepared, and simply much friendlier than the other fence company reps we met with. He knew exactly what we wanted (another fence company was baffled by my request for a rustic-looking split-rail fence... there are like thousands of them all over Mass. but anyway), was able to make some great suggestions based on our yard, and had complete answers for all my questions. It was for all these reasons we chose Armstrong even though their quote was a couple hundred dollars more.
The only hitch was that they were very busy this summer and it took about 8 weeks between putting the deposit down and actually getting the fence installed. But once it was finally our turn, the guys who came to install the fences were terrific, very friendly and professional, and they did fantastic work. We couldn't be more pleased with how it came out.

we are previous customer and were very pleased. Apparently they are EXTREMY busy and will now take 2 months to perform work after making 50% deposit. Surprisingly difficult to get return phone call for status. Unusual based on past experience

We used them because they had good ratings on Angie’s List and they were recommended by other people. The level of professional was fantastic but the quality of the job was terrible.

Bob and his crew were great. Bob gave us several ideas for how to fence in our back yard and what size gates we would need. We decided to go with his ideas, and I must say the fence came out great. They were here on time and kept everything neat and clean. The crew was very curtious and polite and answered any and all questions we had.

They were prompt in getting my quote scheduled and once we accepted the proposal, the work seemed to start within an appropriate time frame. The guys were here promptly on the morning they said they would be and even finished the next day in the rain! Our new fence looks great.

This review is long overdue. My experience was great. I called them (pretty sure I spoke to Matt), gave them my address, told them what I needed. They came out, measured, saw the area and sent me an estimate. I said "great" and they came out within the week and removed my old fence and put up a shiny new one: standard stockade cedar fence (i don't want to see my neighbors). They had to do a few cuts around some trees - awesome job, cleaned up their mess. Would recommend them to anyone (and have). Thanks Armstrong Fence!

I called them about the mailbox at 1 p.m. and they had someone out here at 3 p.m. to fix it. I thought their responsiveness was great. It wasn't a big ticket item for them so I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated their apology.

Armstrong came right out to review my request for a fence. I received the quote in the mail within 48 hours and once I decided I was going to go ahead Armstrong was very responsive. They were a little more expensive than the other three quotes I received but their fencing looked to be better quality and their sales person was much nicer to work with. Also other companies require you to move bushes and trees whereas Armstrong fence will do that for you as part of the job. There was a delay in the scheduling of the job due to their busy schedule but the sales person kept me informed the whole time. The sales person, Matt, was great to work with. Came to my house a couple times to walk through and make sure I was going to get exactly what I wanted. The installers were very polite, worked very hard to get the fence up as fast as they could and left the yard and driveway clean every day. Even when there were some questions about fencing in a corner Matt came over on a Sunday to figure out how to close the yard in, the installers ran over that Sunday morning to pull out a post and came back on Monday to work until 7:30 pm to finish the job. The fence is beautiful, the work was great and the employees were extremely nice to work with. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend Armstrong Fence and I would use them again if I needed any fencing.

Our experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. When we decided to replace our back yard fencing,I brought a sketch and stopped by the company office. Although they were close to closing time, the salesman (Matt) never made me feel rushed. The rough estimate was reasonable and after they came out to take measurements the final proposal was consistent with the estimate and the final price after all work was completed was still the price quoted. Matt communicated well with us throughout and kept us up to date on scheduling as we got closer to the performance date. The men that performed the service did a terrific and very professional job. They worked diligently for three days to get the job completed and came back on the fourth day to finish up final touches for a couple of hours. The job came out even better than we had hoped. We have a beautiful fence that is clearly well constructed. Our neighbors (on the side with the fence ) were also delighted with how nice it looks.
