Alluring Concept

She created chaos between owner and workers. 
1. she didn't supervise some work but didn't show. instead she sent her husband to watch and she told him as her asociate then changed same rate.
2. she didn't communicate with me, no responses for days until I spoke to person who recommended then she called back in 5 min.
3. she wanted to change things without my knowledge which created chaos from my own workers.
4. I had an accident by the man she hired he broke sprinkler a week before the completion of the unit.  It was chaos and we had to go through everything again.  She kept telling me that she was going to send the document but it took weeks after I called the person who recommended.  Her words "Absolutely, No problem" etc.  She left expensive facet, shower etc in the empty unit with lot of trash after the accidents and I ordered few items again because they were missing.  Also she didn't measure things correctly in the bathroom grab bars which were not refundable therefore I had to re-order few items when I needed them.  She was very irresponsible. 
5. She charged $70/ hr for coordinating workers and her hous were 153.5 which I doubted.  She knew that I got money from the insurance company so she charged extra for everything.  Not only the charging she didn't understand what to do for damage control and misguided me for few repairs.  It ends up paying more for fixing them.
6. She pretended that she knew construction and she was very unhappy I didn't hire her as "Interior Decorator" but I paid her decorator's rate.
7. Worst part is that she didn't respond me at all.  When she said " I will send the file tonight" but it took 2 weeks after I complaint the person who recommended.  He has many projects therefore she only reponded him promptly.
8. She is dishonoest person and cheator.  She said one word to one worker then another to me and others. 
It was my biggest mistake to hire her so I like people to know if anyone has contact about her please be careful.
