ZOLOTAS KITCHEN & BATH

Stopped in the showroom several weeks ago on a Saturday and asked for an estimate for a bathroom vanity and top.  Was told by the woman there it would be emailed to me by the following Tuesday.  Never received.  About two weeks later I called and spoke with a man who assured me it would be emailed in a couple of days.  Never received.  Third attempt a couple of weeks later through their "contact us" on their website.  Again no response.  I guess they don't need the business.

While Zolota's plumbing and design has been good to work with I cannot say the same thing for their general contracting.  I?ve had problems with floor tiling, wall tiling, plastering, and painting.  To be more specific I?ve had my floor tile grout crack after 3 months of the floor being installed. This cracking was so significant that the floor had be removed and re-installed. Also I had wall tile installed on a wall they sheet rocked and plastered that was so uneven that you could see easily it. Also I?ve had the new paint bubble because of no chalking between the tube and the shower door. And Finally I?ve had plaster cracking between the ceiling and a wall they installed 12 months before. To make this more disappointing when you inspect the crack you don?t see any tape over the joint. I?ve never seen a sheet rock joint without tape before. 

Obviously after this experience I cannot recommend their general contracting work. If you need someone to tile, build a wall, plaster or paint then choose another contractor. If you need a designer or plumber then I would recommend them.

They have not started the work yet, but they have been really helpful.
