Excellent work on a car that really needed it. Tony was responsive, professional and went far beyond standard service, driving me to the car rental on a day that must have been busy for him.

Price for job was supposed to be $119, but he needed another $150 to complete the job.  I felt it was fair.

It went well, however I would consider the work to be average.

I used a groupon and they did excellent work. He also drove me home when I dropped off my car and also picked me up when the work was done.

The experience was great, although scheduling took over a month. But, on that day the service was prompt and toni dropped me off at the nearest mall for a few hours. Overall my vehicle was awesome after the detailing. I am thinking of doing it once more this summer if the deal is offered again.

The service worked out very well. It was on an older car and they missed a couple compartments that were hidden in the arm rests. I had it scheduled and I did have to reschedule. They were very nice with the scheduling. I was able to do business in the area and then a couple of hours later the car was done.

Took my car to Tony's Recon to get it cleaned up prior to selling. Car came out looking better than when I had originally bought it. They offered a great service at a great price. They were flexible and able to accommodate my schedule. I will definitely consider going to them again in the future.
There is only on street parking and no waiting room, so I recommend dropping off the car and picking up later.

Pro's.... They cleaned the carpets great, the dash looked terrific, windows were all washed
Con's.... They missed the glove box, 2 cup holders, the rubber mats were washed but not scrubbed, some labels for the vents were scrubbed off and the little areas around the seats on the floor were dirty and not vacuumed
I've never had a car detailed, so not sure how to compare with others. Perhaps a car in better shape would have come out better.
Not a miserable experience, but not 100%.

There is no waiting room, and only street parking. There are lunch restaurants nearby, though. Nonetheless, the guys did a great job, and I would go back.

Employees are well trained work hard to provide a quality cleaning. Compounding and other advanced detailing were not included with the coupon. Tony, the owner, was gracious enough to drive me to a local mall while the service was being done.

Worked out just fine. Signed up on line and then called a few days later to schedule an appointment based on my travel schedule. When we dropped off the car, Tony was not there but the guys who work for him were expecting me and there were no issues or questions.. Dropped off the car in the morning and then they called when it was ready. They did a great job. Car had not been detailed in a long time and was a bit of a mess. They did a very thorough job and for the money paid, it was a very good deal.

Tony is great. This is the second time my fiancee and I have used him. Last fall he came to Danvers and picked up her car, took it to his shop, detailed it, and then dropped it back off to me at work by the end of the day.
This past time I dropped my truck off the night before and left my keys in his shop's drop box. The following afternoon he called and the truck was ready to be picked up. I couldn't get to it before he closed so he locked my keys in the truck (I used my spare to let myself in) and I left him a check in his drop box. Never even saw him face to face this last time but was totally comfortable with the situation because he'd been so good in the past. For the amount of dirt and sap on my SUV the $65 was more than reasonable and saved me hours of cleaning that I didn't have. We originally found him through Groupon for a complete SUV detail for $100 (interior and exterior) but I only needed the outside done. I called him and explained that I only wanted the outside done and because of all the trees over my driveway I wanted an extra (2nd coat) of wax after they cleaned the truck. He came up with the price and even offered suggestions about how to remove the sap in the future without damaging the paint so I could do a better job of keeping up with the problem myself. A+ service.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out good. They were prompt, and did a decent job. They came out about 2 weeks later as per my schedule. They were quick and easy, and I had no issues with them.

Tony calls you right back if you have left a message, and is extremely accommodating about when you can bring the car in, which is great because we have such busy work schedules. The team of guys who work on the car are so hard working and very friendly. Tony exudes a strong sense of pride about his business and is an absolute perfectionist. Every inch of our car sparkles and it literally looks like a brand-new car. We are definitely bringing my husband's car in next month!
The price is very reasonable and he also has some good deals. We gave him a bit extra because the results were so impressive.
It is pretty easy to find--practically right off 128 N, and then turn right and drive straight through several (about four?) sets of lights in Peabody. Take a left on Caller Street, which is opposite Tedeschi's (if you pass McDonald's you have missed the street). It's on the left practically when you turn the corner. We drove out from Central Mass., believe it or not, because the reviews
were so good. This is a real, service-oriented business--makes you think there is hope for this country.

The car was in dire need of a good cleaning inside and a waxing outside. Tony's team was thorough, washing everything inside and out. The got out some old set-in stains in both the front bucket and back bench seats and cleaned all the vents. The car was nicer than at any time since we drove it off the lot. The job only took a couple of hours and they were very friendly. I'd go back again next time I want the car detailed. The $99 coupon was worth every penny.

Because we had a conflict on the scheduled date, we had to drop the Pilot off the day before and were disappointed that there was only street parking available. Tony's initial reception was also less than friendly and so we lowered our overall expectations.
The next afternoon we picked up the Pilot and were amazed at the transformation. The much-loved Pilot looks terrific - inside and out. Tony was also very friendly and proud of the work: and quot;Say hello to your new Honda!and quot;

They showed up on time and did a great job on my driveway. i am happy with the service!

We arrived early but Tony took us right away. The detailing was done way before we had expected. The car looks just great now. Tony also offered to try to work out some scratches for us and he and his crew did a really good job. Couldn't be happier. Glad we got to meet Tony, too.

Wow! It was like getting a brand new car back - both inside and out. So easy too. The appointment was made a few weeks out from when I called because of the popularity of the coupon. Tony requested that the car be dropped off at his garage in the morning. By mid-afternoon the car was ready, but I wasn't. Tony patiently waited to close his garage while I drove from Cambridge to pick up my husband in Danvers, and then drive to Peabody in rush hour traffic. We arrived at his garage outside of business hours and he greeted us with a big smile and warm handshake. I got into my car, which had never been detailed and only marginally cleaned in the last 5 years. We have 3-year old son, who eats in the car, and 3 dogs, so it was a filthy mess, but when I got in after Tony did his magic it was like I was picking it up from Toyota of Watertown 5 years ago! Thanks Tony! You did an awesome job!
