Excellent, professional, did their work taking effort to keeping things clean

it went great. they were very friendly and got the job done fairly quickly. most importantly, to me, is that they are honest. i wondered if my hvac ducts needed cleaning and based on his assessment he assured me that i should save my money. this is unlike another company who told me on the phone that their flat rate is $650 and advised me who NOT to call. shady. it did, though, take me 2 phone calls to talk to someone as the first one wasn't returned. and my first appointment was a no show and i had to call to find out what happened. they rescheduled me for the next day, and i was asked if i would like a phone call to tell me when the technician was on his way, to which i said yes. i never go that phone call. i think they are a very busy family and i understand that this can get in the way of things, but they do need to iron out those wrinkles for customer service purposes. otherwise, great experience.

The house is 20 year old, and does not appear to have gone through any duct work or vent cleaning in the past.  We are expecting  a baby girl, and wanted to make sure the air quality is good.  Erin was very courteous and responsive on the phone.  Mark showed up on time & professionally.  He is very careful with making sure that walls, stairs & furniture are out of harms way.  We are very happy with the quality of service.  Workmanship & ethics are exceeded our expectation.  Mark stayed late and made sure everything is cleaned as if it were his house.  He cleaned up every vent & duct work thoroughly.  The system fan inside the unit and filter were also cleaned to prestine condition.  After the cleaning, we noticed significant increase of air flow than its original shape.  We can not be happier, and will use and recommend them in the future.  Thank you Erin & Mark.

I had set up an appointment with Superior Vent weeks in advance for a home we had just purchased. I really wanted to get the dryer vent clean because the home inspection revealed tons of lint coming out of the exterior vent. Superior Vent is run by a very nice husband and wife team. Erin answers the phone and does scheduling while her husband does the vent/duct cleanings. When Superior was late for our Friday afternoon appointment I was surprised and left two messages. I didn't receive a return call so I messaged the business on Angie's List. I heard back from Erin on Monday with a message and call. She was very apologetic and seemed to have missed us on the calendar. By that time, I had made an appointment with another dryer vent cleaner. However, mistakes happen and I prefer to give my business to small local companies over larger franchises. Erin said she would make an appointment for whenever I was available and discount the service for our trouble. We made a second appointment for that week. Her husband, Marc, was on time and very nice. The dryer vent was cleaned with a long brush and Marc cleaned up the very large amount of lint that had built up from the prior homeowner. There was confusion with the price that Erin had given me over the phone when scheduled our first appointment and Marc thought she had given me a price for heating vent cleaning. I was confused too so we just agreed on a price of $150.00. I don't know if this is normal for this kind of work. Marc was done within an hour so seems on the higher end but maybe its very reasonable. I was glad he was doing the cleaning given the amount of lint build up flying out of my vents so perhaps it was worth every penny.

Erin was very nice over the phone and got us an appointment quickly.  Mark came when he said he would, on time and was professional.  He did excellent work cleaning all of our registers and ducts and left the house clean when he was done.  He was careful not to damage our wood floors, laying down a cloth before putting any of his equipment down.  He was meticulous in his work and our vents looked totally different (clean) by the end.

Good work. They told us they usually didn't get asked to do repairs such as this one; but the owner was confident he could do it and we were stuck so they did it for us.  We got the run-around from a few other companies but this one came through for us. Only thing disappointing: The quote my boyfriend received from the organizer and the check I wrote for the owner didn't match. Turns out I paid 35 dollars more then the quote. I didn't call back to question because they showed up to do a great job when no one else called me back to give me a quote until the day after Superior had finished the job.

I found their number here on Angie's list.  When I called and left a message I was called back soon after.  Erin explained the process to me, so I could understand what my options are for the cleaning and how pricing worked.  She was very pleasant and knowledgable.  We e-mailed a few times before I could schedule, since I was having my floors refinished. 
She e-mailed the night before to confirm the time, and he arrived as planned.   I walked him through the appartment and he proceeded to clean the vents.  He was pleasent and explained things to me before and after he was done.  I'm a new homeowner and know the minimal about the furnace.  He showed me what certain levers are for (opening and closing certain vents), and things that needed to be replaced (filters and duct caps). 
I haven't turned on the furnace as of yet, but don't expect to have any issues when I do.  I would GLADLY recomend them to others and will use them when I need to clean out the first unit's vents.

I like doing business with them.  They’re very good.  They are very upfront and honest.  I assume they’re reasonably priced.  I personally had one of those jobs done but they were very upfront about what they were going to do and they showed me what they cleaned out of it.  I thought they are really reputable.  I will definitely use them again.  I spent around $450 on their services.  I will absolutely use them again in the future.  I was satisfied with their price but I couldn’t really compare it because I’d never gotten an estimate form anyone else.  I thought it was a fairly decent price for what they did.  Their quality of work was very professional and top quality.  They cleaned up after themselves and they didn’t make it a messy job.  They didn’t make a bit of mess.  They came right out.  They came out and gave an estimate.  They were right on time when they said they’d come.  Their punctuality was perfect and their professionalism was excellent.
