"Hello, We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We were experiencing heavy call volume in January due to the temperatures. We did make the delivery and rest assured you have a monitor on your tank so you don't run out of propane. When we came out to check the unit we found it needed a tune up which caused extra charges. You called spoke to our Field Supervisor and was given an adjustment. We hope this helps"

I am a new homeowner and that's who they had so I kind of stuck with Atlas Glenn Moore. I signed up for their service plan and their oil for a year -- they talked me into it. I was completely scre*ed by these people. I had no heat for two days and they left me with no heat for two days. They did not come when they said they would. I was not happy with their service.
