All-in-all, my experience was good considering the price. The floors look really nice, the punctuality and the price were great, and the owner was *very* nice. The only two things I wasn't *completely* in love with were:
1. There was zero paperwork; no contract, no receipt ? nothing. We met, shook hands, he did the work, and I gave him cash. Maybe that's how it goes in this industry?
2. They were a little heavy with the sanders. Though our floors look good in our opinion, we can see some areas where the sander made swirl marks beneath the clear coating. We're not super-picky, so it doesn't bug us, but there it is.
