They were able to come to the house within 24 hrs. after calling. the flat roof in the back of my house was leaking into my back room after the huge wind and rain storm just before Christmas and needed a new rubber roof. They gave me a quote and emailed the paperwork the next day. They came on time the day of the appointment and finished that day. Crew was polite and did a great job cleaing up. I already have them coming back to fix the roof on my front porch.

If you have multiple projects, make sure you get a quote/contract for all of them upfront! We had discussed multiple projects to be done (both on my house and garage). The largest project by far was a new roof on the garage, which Junior pushed to do first agreeing to do the other projects afterwards. Once he completed the garage roof and took payment he became impossible to reach and then stopped responding all together. Now I am having a hard time finding anyone who will handle the other projects I had in mind, without a larger project to bundle in as part of the job... There were also additional costs added at the end for "materials" he had to buy, which were not disclosed upon signing the contract. With that said, I am now going to be redoing all of the siding of my house (a conclusion I would have eventually reached) and now Junior will NOT be getting that business. Again - get the full scope of work included on any contract you sign!
