MJL Home Watch is a full-service company that provides vacant property solutions while you are away, whether for a two-week vacation, several months as a seasonal resident or as an absentee landlord. Our company grew as a natural progression from managing properties of friends and family for over 20 years on Boston's North Shore. We are certified by the Massachusetts State Police Certification Unit as a Watch Agency, exceeding required standards for honesty, reliability and commitment, and are fully bonded and insured. We provide a wide range of services that include: Snowbird and seasonal inspections Storm preparation and response Confirmation of contractor work Landlord support services Concierge Handyman Our services are custom-tailored to customer preference. Services can range from a monthly and/or post-storm property inspection, accepting a delivery, checking in on contractor job progress to a comprehensive weekly inspection schedule. Our service agreement only matches what you, the customer, require to have peace of mind while you are away.
