The price was reasonable and they cleaned up everything after they were finished. I also have the roof under warranty for 20 years. The owner is great with communication.

We were in need of a new roof and called some local companies for estimates. Melo Construction didn't come up in our Angie's List search but Mr. Melo had done some work across the street and we got his contact information. Of the three estimates we obtained Melo came in the lowest by a sizeable amount. The quality and professionalism of the work we saw done across the street convinced us to give him the job. The work was scheduled on a timely basis and was completed over two days. The crew was polite professional and efficient. Removing the old shingles created a huge amount of debris but tarps and protective netting were hung to protect the house. Tarps on the ground caught most of the debris which was promptly hauled off. The entire area was raked to collect even the smallest bits of debris. A wheeled device with a powerful magnet was run over the entire lawn and driveway to collect stray nails. All debris was removed from porch roofs and overhangs and they even cleaned out the rain gutters. All in all a very satisfactory job. I would definitely use them again for any home repair projects.
