Mark Lejeune

Do not hire Marc Lejeune.  His home improvement contractor registration # is 121372 and his expiration is 5/2/12. He does not currently have commercial liability insurance.  He gave us a copay of this certificate, which  was canceled by Arbella.  He was not upfront with us, he was not reliable, does not show up when he says he is going to show up, and does not follow through with completing a job.  He does not follow through with one part of a project, he always bounces around to other projects throughout the house. We have siding, interior woodwork and flashing not complete and a front and backyard that is a mess.  He also has subcontractors that he has not paid.  We also have a deck and a side porch that was not finished.  He did not build a shed as agreed  He also did not repair damages to our home as he promised.  Our basement was actually flood because he did not redirect the sump pump around a new rear addition.  When reconstruction of our roof the top blew off, which caused water damage to other rooms.
