We had previously hired the Mark Dormer Company for another project and had been very happy with the work, so we called them again when we were ready to tackle our kitchen. We are pleased with the workmanship and feel we got a good price. Our only complaint is that the project took longer to complete than we expected it to. (I was hoping the kitchen would be finished well before our baby arrived, but it didn't work out that way!) Neil, the carpenter who did most of the work, is very professional and trustworthy, but most of the time he was working by himself, and I found myself wishing he had another set of hands to hurry the project along.
Over all, our experiences with George and Neil at the Mark Dormer Company have been positive. We are planning to have our front door replaced this summer, and we will be calling them to do the work.

We had a great experience with them. I think they specialize in doing additions to people's homes but they do construction work. They sent one guy whose name was Neil, a carpenter, to do the work. He was really professional, really clean and just did really nice work in a really professional manner.
